The Oltreluce project was created to bring together contemporary design and the most advanced technology applied to residential doors and windows.</p>
<p>The Oltreluce line is characterised by extremely reduced dimensions for the aluminium part, which gives more space to the glass surface. This line was designed based on the “retractable casement” concept that has a single visible aluminium strip as the casement (the part of the window unit that can be opened) is hidden by the frame. By installing the window unit with special devices, it is possible to almost completely eliminate the visible aluminium. This is where the name “Oltreluce” comes from.</p>
<p>The real novelty of the line is that it offers a range of interior design solutions, rediscovering aluminium combined with wood purely as a decorative element to create lines which are characterised by clean stretches, without giving up a strong aesthetic impact.</p>
<p>Wood combined with aluminium makes an impression. The inlaid model is the concept that best interprets this stylish solution, where aluminium and wood are joined together in a single frame.</p>
<p>As for all aluminium-wood systems, the window unit is characterised by a bearing structure in aluminium that lends stability and decoration that is constituted by the combination of aluminium with wood.</p>

Color matches can vary due to many factors including humidity level, viscosity of ink, different production runs and application of ink onto different substrates. The specification of a PMS color to be applied onto acrylic plastic or onto a metal surface may slightly vary when compared to the same PMS color which is printed on white coated paper stock. The compatibility of coating material with material to be coated is critical to the production of a quality sign product.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A trend of use recycled plastic playground equipment is type of equipment uses plastic recycled from waste such as bottles, and can be made to look like wood finish, or can be brightly colored. One average recycled playground structure uses nearly 25,000 recycled plastic containers. Manufacturers of recycled plastic playground equipment tout the equipment&#8217;s sturdiness and low maintenance needs.  Recycled plastic materials can replace concrete, wood, and metal structures on playgrounds, and are constructed around an inner steel core for strength and durability. The plastics used range from products containing 25% recycled materials to 100% recycled materials. In addition to play equipment, recycled plastics are commonly made into park benches, picnic tables, walkways, decking, bridges, and landscaping borders.</p>
<p>While recycled plastic equipment costs more up front than that made of wood, when the costs of maintenance and replacement are factored in, over the lifetime of the equipment, recycled plastic can cost less than wood. Additionally, plastic equipment can be recycled again when it is no longer needed. In the fall of 2007, Columbia University students presented a proposal for upgrading parks and playgrounds in New York City to use more recycled products. Recycled plastic played the biggest role in the upgrades. Other recycled materials included surfaces made of recycled rubber tires, fences made from recycled steel, and trash containers made from recycled aluminum. The proposal ended with suggestions for what to do with the outdated equipment that was no longer needed. In many cases, equipment can be dismantled, sorted by content, and sold or donated to scrap recyclers. Only as a last resort would incineration be needed.</p>
<p>Seattle is another major American city used recycled plastics to replace bench slats and trash bin liners. Since 1997, Seattle&#8217;s Parks Division has been using playground apparatus made from recycled plastic, steel, and aluminum, and has also installed recycled plastic picnic tables in place of deteriorating wood picnic tables. Playgrounds across the country are making use of recycled plastic playground equipment and recycled plastic lumber to create kid-friendly, sturdy structures that keep plastics out of landfills. Plastic equipment and lumber can be made to look like wood, or can be made in a variety of bright colors. When the equipment has reached the end of its useful life, it can then be recycled again. That is yet another advantage to cities and schools wanting to minimize their environmental footprint while giving children a safe, fun place to play.</p>

Wood decks can be protected from these elements through the application of sealers. Composite deck materials, being made from a combination of wood byproducts, plastics, and other materials. The added plastic component gives composite deck some characteristics that a conventional wooden deck does not possess. Composite decks are more resistant to rot, insects, weathering, cracking, and splitting than many wood decks.</p>
<p>Wood deck fans, however, argue that although wood decks are more susceptible to such types of damage, they can be refinished to their newly-installed state. Composite decking, when damaged, cannot be refinished; they must be replaced.</p>
<p>Deck material is a matter of choice. Both wood decks and composite decks have their own sets of advantages and disadvantages, and it&#8217;s up to the homeowner to see which deck material works best for his lifestyle. It also comes down to taste. Some may really prefer wood over any other material no matter the cost, and some may want to enjoy a deck that will not take ages to clean. Wood deck or composite deck, it is truly up to you. Either way, adding a deck to a property adds value of all kinds in extending a living space. The addition of a deck almost always improves the enjoyment of a property as a whole.</p>
